Clement Residence Hall Greenville, Nc

Students at East Carolina University are seeing the transformation of three of their residence halls.

The presence of asbestos in the existing masonry and visible water leakage were issues that lead to the project.

The entire block exterior walls will be demolished, leaving the building completely open to the outside.

The block walls will be replaced with metal stud framing, heavy-duty waterproofing and new masonry.

Ten KPM8’s are providing 360 degree access to multiple trades such as framers, window installers, waterproofers and brick masons as they work simultaneously to repair the 9-storey residence hall, due to reopen this Fall.

The 100 ft high KPM8s are wrapped with weather protection to keep the trades warm.
